Kazakh president establishes constitutional reform commission
ASTANA. Jan 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree establishing a Commission on Constitutional Reform, according to a statement published on the presidential website on Wednesday.
