Tokayev: Kazakhstan needs constitutional rule for two-month snap vote

ASTANA. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed a constitutional amendment Tuesday that would require snap presidential elections within two months should the head of state's term end early.
