Tokayev backs law to define marriage as union of man, woman

ALMATY. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called Tuesday for Kazakhstan to legally enshrine marriage as a state-registered, voluntary union between a man and a woman.
