Ukraine, Moldova remain CIS members de jure and de facto - secretary general

MINSK. Jan 19 (Interfax) - Ukraine and Moldova de jure and de facto remain members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which is open to their full-fledged involvement in joint work, CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev said.
