Draft parliamentary reform amendments could lead to new Constitution — Tokayev

ASTANA. Jan 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said draft amendments prepared by the working group on parliamentary reform could pave the way for consideration of a new Constitution of Kazakhstan.
