Kazakhstan's UN envoy appointed as presidential representative for U.S. talks

ALMATY. Jan 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Kazakhstan's envoy to the United Nations in Geneva as his representative for talks with the United States, the presidential office said Tuesday.
