ASTANA. Jan 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan’s total sown area in 2026 will amount to 23.8 million hectares, up 180,000 hectares from last year, while the wheat-growing area will decrease by 0.8% to 12.1 million hectares from 12.2 million hectares in 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture said.
