ALMATY. Jan 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan plans to expand its civil aviation fleet with nine new aircraft this year and launch major infrastructure projects, including new runways and terminals, the country’s Civil Aviation Committee announced Thursday.
