Kazakh president says parliamentary reform won't shift power from presidency
ALMATY. Jan 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan’s president said Monday he will continue political reforms but dismissed as “fantasy” suggestions that an upcoming parliamentary overhaul aims to shift power to the legislature’s speaker.
