Kazakh president vows to end military hazing, calls recent deaths unacceptable

ALMATY. Jan 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's president called recent soldier deaths unacceptable in peacetime Monday and ordered urgent steps to curb bullying and misconduct in the armed forces.
