MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - The attempted Ukrainian attack on the Russian state residence in the Novgorod region is unable to undermine the trust-based dialogue built by Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
