Kazakh president seeks Russia's inclusion in Aral Sea rescue efforts

ALMATY. Dec 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s president on Friday proposed inviting Russia to join a regional rescue fund for the shrinking Aral Sea, saying cross-border water challenges require urgent solutions.
