Russia's Security Council calls for enhancing environmental cooperation with countries of C. Asia, Caspian region

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - The water usage situation in Central Asia and the Caspian region was discussed at a meeting of the CIS issues committee of the scientific and expert council of Russia's Security Council, the press service of the Security Council reported on Friday.
