ASTANA. Dec 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Institute of Nuclear Physics and Rosatom Construction Technologies, a subsidiary of Russia’s state-owned Rosatom corporation, have signed a memorandum of understanding, the Kazakh Atomic Energy Agency said Thursday.
