ASTANA. Dec 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of the European Council António Costa expressed gratitude to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his steadfast defense of the UN Charter and the law-based international order, the press service of the Kazakh leader reported.
