Tokayev enacts legal reforms in child welfare, education sectors

ASTANA. Dec 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law a comprehensive package of amendments to Kazakh legislation, enacting reforms across family welfare, education, culture and state oversight.
