Kazakhstan launches construction of first alkylate plant to boost clean fuel production

ASTANA. Dec 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Ground has been broken on Kazakhstan's first alkylate production plant, a more than 35-billion-tenge investment in the Pavlodar region, the Ministry of Energy announced Wednesday.
