There is supply balance on global oil market owing to OPEC+ decision to pause increases in output - Russian Deputy PM Novak

RIYADH. Dec 1 (Interfax) - There is a supply balance on the global oil market owing to the decisions of OPEC+ countries not to increase oil production during the seasonal decline in demand, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said during an interview with Rossiya 24 TV.
