Changes to Kyrgyz electoral legislation don't meet int'l standards - OSCE monitor

BISHKEK. Dec 1 (Interfax) - Recent changes to the electoral legislation of Kyrgyzstan do not meet several international standards, Claude Haagen, the head of the monitoring mission of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in the Kyrgyz elections, said.
