Kazakhstan and Qatar sign agreement on transfer of sentenced persons

ASTANA. Nov 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan and Qatar have signed an agreement on the transfer of sentenced persons, the Kazakh Attorney General’s Office said in a statement.
