Kazakhstan reduces social spending share in three-year budget, tightens welfare eligibility

ASTANA. Nov 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has reduced the proportion of social spending in its three-year budget, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said Thursday during a parliamentary discussion of the 2026-2028 budget.
