Russia not planning to voluntarily reduce oil production, discounts will soon fall - Dep PM Novak


MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Russia does not plan to voluntarily reduce its oil production, as announced in early 2023 following EU sanctions on the purchase of oil and petroleum products, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
