Russia currently lagging behind its OPEC+ quota, several more months needed to increase oil production to full compliance - deputy PM


MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Russia lagged behind the permitted production level under the OPEC+ agreement by approximately 70,000 barrels per day in October, production will be higher in November than in October, but several months are needed to completely fulfill the quota, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists.
