Kazakhstan boosts new-harvest grain exports by 18%

ASTANA. Nov 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan exported 2.6 million tonnes of new-harvest grain from September 1 to November 13 of this year, an 18% increase from the same period last year (2.2 million tonnes), the Ministry of Agriculture said, citing data from Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, the national railway operator.
