Meteorologists forecast “moderately warm” winter in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Nov 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The upcoming winter across most of Kazakhstan is expected to be moderately warm, with precipitation near normal levels, Kazhydromet, the national weather service, reported on Monday.
