ASTANA. Nov 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has underscored the key role of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of Central Asian states in strengthening regional stability amid heightened global geopolitical turbulence, the presidential press service reported.
