MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) – The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a license allowing transactions related to the provision of services involving sanctioned companies LUKOIL and Rosneft within the oil and gas projects of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), Kashagan and Tengiz.
