Kazakhstan harvests 22.7 mln tonnes from nearly 97% of grain area

ASTANA. Oct 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh farmers have threshed 25.9 million tonnes of grain from 15.5 million hectares, representing 96.8% of the total area dedicated to grain and leguminous crops, the country's Ministry of Agriculture reported.
