Kazakhstan launches probe after Qazaq Air plane aborts takeoff

ASTANA. Oct 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Authorities in Kazakhstan have opened a probe after a passenger plane aborted its takeoff over a technical failure, with passengers reporting a flash of light on the runway in Kostanai.
