Putin says planning to discuss results of Russian-U.S. talks in Anchorage at informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg

DUSHANBE. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said he is planning to discuss results of the Russian-U.S. talks in Anchorage in "a narrow circle" at the informal Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit shortly before the New Year.
