Tokayev supports idea of creating "OTS+" format to expand cooperation among Turkic countries

ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has supported the idea of creating an "Organization of Turkic States +" (OTS) format, the press service of the Kazakh leader reported.
