UAE extradites Kazakh national wanted for major oil fraud

ASTANA. Oct 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The United Arab Emirates has extradited a Kazakh citizen to face charges of large-scale oil fraud, the Kazakh Prosecutor General's Office reported Monday.
