Court cancels businessman Yertayev’s amnesty

ASTANA. Oct 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Almaty Regional Court has canceled the amnesty earlier granted to businessman Zhomart Yertayev, who was convicted in 2020 for large-scale embezzlement from Bank RBK JSC and was released from prison one month ago, the court's press service reported.
