Kyrgyz president orders death penalty for rape/murder of children, women

BISHKEK. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has ordered introducing death penalty for raping children and raping and murdering women, Kyrgyz presidential press secretary Askat Alagozov said.
