Calls for reinstating death penalty made in Kyrgyzstan after minor's murder

BISHKEK. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz citizens have called for reinstating death penalty for brutal murder of minors, the petition has been published on the state website for public discussion of regulations and laws.
