Owners of unmodernized markets in Kazakhstan will face administrative liability from 2026

ASTANA. Sept 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Owners of markets who fail to modernize their trading premises on time will be held administratively liable starting January 1, 2026, according to Yernur Zhautikbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration.
