Draft law on defining legal foundations of Alatau's special status to be submitted to parliament by year end


ASTANA. Sept 26(Interfax-Kazakhstan)- President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed to submit a draft constitutional law on defining the legal foundations of the status of the city of Alatau to parliament by the end of this year.
