Tokayev voices climate change skepticism, cites coal and nuclear priorities

ASTANA. Sept 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed skepticism about international climate change initiatives, calling them a “large-scale fraud,” and said Kazakhstan must rely on its coal reserves while developing nuclear power.
