Kazakhstan harvests 16.6 million tonnes of grain from 70% of sown area

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh farmers have harvested 16.6 million tonnes of grain from 10.9 million hectares of land, accounting for 68.2% of the total area planted with grain, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reported on Thursday.
