Kazakhstan is not a mediator between Russia and Ukraine but is ready to provide platform for talks - Tokayev

ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is in favor of starting direct high-level talks between Ukraine and Russia and is ready to provide a platform for this, although it is not a mediator, President of the Republic Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
