Nine power plants in Kazakhstan moved from "red" to "yellow zone" after overhaul

ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Nine co-generation power plants (TETS) in Kazakhstan that were in the critical "red zone" have been overhauled this year, said Yerzhan Yertayev, chairman of the State Energy Supervision and Control Committee of the Energy Ministry.
