ASTANA. Sept 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A Kazakh court has upheld a 1.42-billion tenge fine against KTZ-Freight Transportation, the cargo subsidiary of state-owned Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), for abusing its dominant market position. The ruling confirmed findings that the company provided preferential treatment to affiliated operators while obstructing private competitors.
