Kazakh President proposes global AI ethics commission at religious summit

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan has called for establishing an international commission to develop ethical principles for artificial intelligence, warning that technological progress is outpacing ethical adaptation.
