Lukoil prepares to position SPBU for drilling first well at Tyuleniya site in Caspian Sea

ASTRAKHAN. Sept 16 (Interfax) - Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft LLC, a subsidiary of Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH), is looking for a contractor to conduct a diving survey of the sites in 2026 before positioning the Breeze self-elevating drilling unit (SPBU) at the drilling points of the exploration well at site no. 1 Tyuleniya in the Russian part of the Caspian Sea.
