VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 4 (Interfax) - The issue of further increasing oil production by the eight voluntary countries of OPEC+ is not currently on the agenda, and the decision is made during the meeting, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists when answering a question on whether the eight countries will consider the issue of further increasing production this coming Sunday.
