Turkmen president expresses readiness for dialogue on using Turkmenbashi sea port terminal in interests of SCO

ASHGABAT. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has proposed establishing cooperation with the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in the transport sector during the SCO+ summit in China's Tianjin.
