Regulator backs dual-price labels for installment plan purchases

ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s financial regulator is pushing for a new consumer protection measure that would require stores to display two price tags on goods sold through installment plans — one showing the cash price and another showing the total cost including interest.
