KMG and CNOOC to create operator for Zhylyoi Project, with investment of about $31.5 mln

ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - National Company KazMunayGas JSC (KMG) and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) are creating an operator for the Zhylyoi Hydrocarbon Project in Kazakhstan on a parity basis, KMG said in a press release.
