Tokayev suggests creation of SCO center to study water problems in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Sept 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has suggested the idea of creating a center to study water problems of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Kazakhstan, the presidential press service said.
