Households in Kazakhstan to receive $3.3 mln refund for heating services

ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies has completed the recalculation of heating service costs for households that don’t have heat meters, with nearly 1.6 billion tenge to be refunded, the regulator said in a press release on Monday.
